If you want to return an order or part thereof, you can do so within a period of 14 days and the return costs are for the buyer.

Small products / accessories can often be returned via a postal agency such as PostNL, DHL, UPS or DPD. For the most current rates, we recommend that you always check the website of the relevant shipping party.
Do you want to return (larger) exercise or exercise equipment?
If you have ordered a device such as a Spinning Bike, Crosstrainer, etc., we can take it back under certain conditions.

The device must be unused;

the device is undamaged;

The device must be complete, ie all screws, bolts, but also any accessories must be present.

The device must be packed in the original packaging as best as possible

If the returned product is not complete or damaged, this can be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
If your device was delivered in a box, it is important to put it back in the box/packaging as it was delivered. This so that the device is protected and safe during shipment and arrives back at our location in a correct manner.

As soon as the return has been received by us, it will be processed and the relevant amount refunded within 7 Working Days.

Have you purchased a device from us with delivery and installation by our own installation team? Then it can also be picked up by our own installation team. Our technicians will then come and collect the device in question. Please note that call-out costs and an hourly rate may be charged. For a cost estimate you can call our service line free of charge, they can give you an indication of the costs.

Please note that installation costs are non-refundable.

You can also choose to return the product yourself to our Keiser Head Office in Grubbenvorst. The collection costs will then of course be waived.
